Leading the Standards of Nationwide Class Action Litigation

What is a Class Action?

A class action is a lawsuit brought by one or more individuals on behalf of a larger group—often thousands or millions of people—who have been harmed in the same way by the same conduct. Class actions allow individuals to pursue claims that would be impractical to litigate one by one, whether the harm involves defective products, deceptive business practices, data breaches, securities fraud, wage violations, or anticompetitive conduct. These cases are procedurally demanding, requiring courts to certify the class, manage common evidence across all members, and oversee any resulting settlement or judgment.

Our Practice

At Noss & Russell, LLP, we represent plaintiffs in class action litigation throughout the United States. From our base in San Diego, our boutique team takes on corporations and institutions whose conduct has caused widespread harm, advocating for individuals who—on their own—would have little leverage against a well-resourced defendant. We handle each stage of the process, from pre-filing investigation and class certification through dispositive motions, trial, and settlement administration.

Our Approach

Our work focuses on cases where the underlying facts are complex and the stakes—both for our clients and for the broader public—are meaningful. We invest the time and resources needed to develop the evidence, retain the right experts, and present claims in a way that holds up through certification and beyond. Whether the case involves consumer protection, data privacy, antitrust, or another area of law, our goal is to secure real accountability and tangible relief for the people we represent.
